CMG International Charity Fund Limited (“CMG Fund”) was established and sponsored by a group of enthusiasts on a non-profit basis in carrying out different charitable activities beneficial to the community. Our focuses are:

| 2. | Improvement of living standards of children and elders; |
| 3. | Encouragement of cultural diversity and community involvement; and |
| 4. | Working together with other non-profit or charitable organization to develop meaningful projects. |
With the generous support from our sponsors to cover all the general operating expenses, it allows CMG Fund to donate 100% of your contributions direct to the area most in need in an efficient and transparent manner. We welcome donations from any person, corporation or institution to assist us with our mission.

CMG International Charity Fund Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of The People’s Republic of China on November 28, 2013. We are recognized as a charitable institution by the Inland Revenue Department to be entitled to tax exemption under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance of the laws in Hong Kong on March 18, 2014.
